Customer Success Engineer

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer with 1-3 years of experience for our Pune office. We are looking forward to grow our teams with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers.

What will your job be?
  • Understand how the product works and how it is used by customers.
  • Work closely with customers to answer queries about features and capabilities of our product.
  • Interact with customers on/off-site to troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide workarounds by leveraging your troubleshooting skills.
  • Provide suggestions on how to configure the product based on customer requirement
  • Carry out the configuration tasks and encourage customers to do these tasks on their own.
  • Develop knowledge-based articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, mentor-ship to team members.
  • Follow and contribute to existing processes to manage customer requests efficiently.
  • Role may involve travel to customer locations.
Skills required:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Must have experience in API
What you will need to have:
  • Any Graduate in Any Specialization
