As a trainee at Maxxton, you will be part of an international company with customers within Europe and colleagues from the Netherlands, France, and India.
You will work in the Customer Success department and get to know our Maxxton software, our way of working, and our customers in the leisure industry. In theory, of course, but mainly in practice. Each Customer Success team is self-managing and is formed by colleagues from different countries and with different areas of expertise. The teams are in daily contact with our customers to provide support in solving all kinds of challenges.
You will learn to think along with our customers and advise them in optimising or setting up their business processes. The more experience you gain, the more patterns you will see and the more you will be able to share your knowledge and vision. This way, during the implementation for new customers or of new functionalities of our software, you can make sure that our customers can use the full potential of Maxxton Software.
During your learning process, you will be supervised by experienced colleagues. There is also room to follow training courses to develop yourself personally and professionally.
