As you will work closely with our offices in The Netherlands and India you will need to be able to work effectively and confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. As a project manager within Customer Success, you will be the link between the customer, third parties, and the other departments of Maxxton.

Your missions 💻

The project manager defines, coordinates and supervises all the stages of a project, from its design to the deployment of the solution, and provides training for future users. He/she checks the smooth running and progress of the project by organizing and adapting material and human resources according to needs and unforeseen circumstances. He/she is responsible for responding to internal business needs or customer requests, and for developing tools, processes and methods.

More specifically he/she will be the constant contact with the Dutch and Indian technical teams and will be responsible for the Maxxton software roll-out and support for the French clients which means:

• Identify business processes and change strategies with the client to transform these into our technical solutions
• Manage the deployment of Maxxton Software in the IT ecosystem of the client
• Prepare and deploy change management plans at the clients’ headquarters and holiday parks
• Measure the success and initiate corrective actions if necessary
• Provide client support
• Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to help customers find an answer and/or solution
• Establish precise reporting on the progress of projects

Requirements and Skills 🏆

• Degree in Engineering School preferably.
• Ability to understand the client needs, coordinate a project with sales and IT team.
• Experienced as senior consultant or manager in a software integration firm (consultancies or
  software and computing services companies).
• Demonstrate strong project management methodology and experience in managing complex projects.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, practicing French and a working English is mandatory.
• Be able to travel to our French clients’ offices and holiday parks and occasionally to our Dutch HQ (Middelburg).
