Our team is very enthusiastic and works hard to achieve the goals of the company. Working at Maxxton is challenging because there is always something new coming up, which keeps things interesting and stimulating for me as a person and professional. 

I transitioned through being the team lead, project manager, and product owner/manager, working with various teams and colleagues. Maxxton has a very open and transparent culture, I can reach out to anyone at Maxxton to seek help if needed which is the best part.

The most interesting part of my job is interacting with people. This allows me to grow even more. Furthermore, there is no micro-level management at Maxxton. This offers you freedom and with that, you are always ready to perform better.

I’ve been working with multiple incredibly skilled developers on my team in India and the Netherlands. All of whom have a lot of passion for the product we’re building and all are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating of any doubts and questions.

The culture at Maxxton and the kind of support from all my colleagues made me more to find the zeal for work. What impresses me is the interest that the management shows in the personal growth of the employees and in building their career paths.

I enjoy working in Maxxton, everyone is very helpful and encourages you to develop yourself. Also, there are no mistakes or problems, only solutions. This way everyone works independently and without any stress.

Since I joined Maxxton, I worked on different teams and got many opportunities, and grown along with Maxxton. The best thing here is the work culture and friendly colleagues who allow you to learn from mistakes and back you up in every situation.
