Maxxton has a very flat structure, an open-door policy, excellent development opportunities as well as options to travel and work abroad. As you will work closely with our offices in The Netherlands and India you will need to be able to work effectively and confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. As a Sales Representative, you will be the link between our potential and current customers in France, Sales & Marketing, Customer Success, and the other departments of Maxxton.

Your missions 💻

The Sales Representative focuses primarily on generating new business opportunities. His/her main task is to qualify leads at the beginning of the sales funnel and to convert these leads into paying customers by mobilizing the marketing and technical departments of Maxxton. Focused on around 20 prospects, he/she will have the opportunity to target other sectors to expand activity in France.

She/he will:

  • Identify and collect potential customers leads for Maxxton Software solutions
  • Activate prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, e-mail campaigns, social media and networking events, cross selling
  • Assess leads to determine which ones are most likely to make a purchase.
  • Evaluate their needs, budget, timing of purchase and decision-making power.
  • Make initial contact with potential customers via phone, e-mail or social media to generate interest in Maxxton Software.
  • Make appointments or demonstrations to prospects (CCO, CTO mainly) with the support of pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions and close the deal according to sales guidelines of the company.
  • Work as a team with other sales and marketing professionals within the company to develop and refine effective sales strategies, and reporting progress to management team members.
Requirements and Skills 🏆

We need resilient self-motivated people able to develop the activity of the French subsidiary, targeting methodologically the prospects of Maxxton in France. She/he will have a sales profile ideally coming from a software niche editor, used to deal with a direct sales model. An experience of PMS in the Hospitality software sector in companies like Resalys or eSeason (both belonging to Septeo group) or Inaxel would be an asset but is not mandatory. Methodology, results orientation will come first.

  • Degree in Engineering or Business School
  • Practicing French and a working English is mandatory.
